Freddie Gibbs was charged with sexual assault in Austria

The renowned American rapper Freddie Gibbs has been charged in Austria for sexually assaulting a woman, while the rapper was on tour in Vienna in 2015, according to a court spokesman.

Gibbs is accused for allegedly sexually abused a woman while she was totally “Helpless”, is also mentioned that the rapper use a drug to adulterate the woman’s drink. The place where there was the incident was between racks in July 2015. Considering this act as, a sexual abuse of a defenseless person or also deterioration psychologically, where if he gets to be declared guilty, Freddie Gibbs, will face a sentence of 10 years in prison.

One of the lawyers of the rapper is in Vienna, Thomas Kralik, he mentions that his client made no abuse and didn’t have sexual contact with the alleged victim. Also he gives note, denying the accusation and that the rapper had nothing to do with drinking or had adulterated the drink of the woman.

One of his lawyers in the United States, Theodore Simon, also mention: While Gibbs was charged with that crime today is only an accusation, otherwise, Freddie Gibbs is innocent.

Gibbs, completely denies the accusations of the court of Vienna, and claims not to know the victim alleged that she was sexually abused and which claims to have consumed a drink adulterated by him.
