Lil Wayne will pay more than $160.000 to David Banner

Lil Wayne is more known by being involved in a lot of sues than for making music these days. His endless Birdy sue has frequent new developments. But for the luck of this rapper, there are more news about Weezy’s sues, and for this time he’s going to have to drop some money

In 2015, the rapper and producer David Banner sued Young Money Records, which Lil Wayne is the owner, in the sue, he tells that he signed a contract in 2008 with the records to produce “B*tch and Monster” and “La La”. In which Banner mentions that he never received the $138.787,19 due to a royalty they had to pay in 2012. Also Banner claimed on the sue that he hadn’t received more than $15.000 for the production of “Streets is Watching” out of We are Young Money from 2009, a compilation album.

Which it seems that Young Money and Wayne have not taken the trouble to answer the sue. Banner was awarded with $164.303, which includes interests, apparently being the winner of the sue has not much to celebrate

The sue will probably conclude with an even more excited Wayne for Birdman’s case, that until now it fails on his favor.
